Organic Coconut Milk and Cream – UHT

This is the liquid that comes from the grated meat of mature coconuts.

We use a UHT process in the making of coconut milk & cream and its Aseptically packed under sterilised conditions. The Factory is dedicated for making coconut cream and milk and we are one of the largest manufacturers of UHT coconut cream in Sri Lanka.

Coconut Cream has a variety of uses and is predominately used in Commercial cooking, Ice Cream Manufacturing, Yoghurt manufacturing and Commercial Desert The Manufacturing. A key ingredient vegan food industry and it has a sweet nutty flavour, the fat content is 24% and it 100% additive free. Our bulk organic coconut products are very versatile.

Organic Tasteless, Odourless (RBD) Coconut Oil

Tasteless coconut oil refers to coconut oil that has been physically refined bleached, and deodorised. The oil is derived from dried coconut meat known as copra. Heat is then used to deodorise the coconut oil. We are one of the pioneers of the tasteless coconut oil production in Sri Lanka.

Virgin Coconut Oil

This is a premium quality product, produced using the highest of international quality standards (ISO 22000). The best of the crop is cold pressed which allows the product to retain its aroma and flavour and ensures that all the natural benefits of the organic oil are preserved. Virgin coconut oil is extracted from coconut milk by a “wet” process under controlled temperatures that protects its beneficial components.

Coconut Water

Franklands Coconut Water is pasteurised and ready to drink. It is hand-harvested and packaged right where our coconuts are grown, it is preservative-free and has no artificial colours or flavours.

Sourced from young green coconuts and subjected to a minimum heat treatment which is needed to extend the storage life, our coconut water is rich in electrolytes, making it an excellent source of hydration and has a delicate nutty taste and full flavour.
